So you guys have never seen body modification where the person takes an object and inserts it under the skin. This causes a distorted effect on the skin similar to what you see in the picture above. You know kinda like the new tag up above "SUB DERMAL IMPLANTS"

Well if you say so. But I have seen pics where they were using surgical steel.
They tried using titanium when they began, but quickly found out that wasn't a good idea. No reputable place should be doing that now, and any metal ones have probably since been completely rejected.
